At LA GOLF, we stand behind the performance of our equipment and offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution for returns or exchanges.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the tracking number is scanned to activate your return status.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our facility receives and inspects your equipment to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
